Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using www.cadraws.com (our “Service”) operated by Professional 3D Jewelry Design Services (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please, do not access the Service.
Order Process
The ordering process at CADraws is very simple.
1. First, you send a photo or sketch with information to get a quote.
2. We review everything and provide a quote for the work.
3. After your confirmation, you send a deposit of at least 50% and we start.
4. When the model is ready, we send you screenshots, and if everything is correct, you proceed with the final payment.
5. Right after that we will send you the entire project files. (3dm, STL files, and a detailed info file if required).
Changes and Modifications
Most minor changes and modifications are done free of charge. However, major changes requested after the model is completed will be charged accordingly (the price will be discussed and explained to the client, and the process will begin only after confirmation).
Payment
Payoneer is the best and most desirable payment method. Payment by bank transfer, MoneyGram, and Xoom are also possible.
The customer has to ensure that the amount is paid fully and all transfer fees are covered by him so that we receive the full amount without withholdings.
Confidentiality and Exclusiveness
If the project includes custom sketches or exclusive ideas, we always offer to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We do not resell the models or use the designs or other ideas in any other way.
We guarantee the client’s intellectual property rights.
Quality Control
After the modeling process, the files undergo quality control using special software. We are familiar with the requirements of most 3D printers and machines, and the models we deliver are ready for manufacturing.

Professional 3D Jewelry Design Services has no control over and takes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Professional CAD Jewelry Services shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We strongly encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such rights. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will not be affected. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to our Service and supersede any prior agreements entered into between us with respect to the Service.
Changes in Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will attempt to notify you at least 30 days before the new terms become effective. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after these changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
